The Best Thing I Ever Did for My Anxiety

I am introverted and have severe social anxiety. Groups of people terrify me. I rarely asked questions in school. Most of the time, I won’t introduce myself to people, even if I want to. If I have something to contribute to a conversation, I struggle to get it out.

I can count on one hand the number of times I have walked up to someone and flirted with them.
